Excellent for all conditions such as depression, anxiety, arthritis, fatigue, stress, blood pressure, muscle aches and pain and weight management. Improves breathing, strengthens heart and lungs, increases flexibility, improves strength, improves coordination, improves range of movement, improves balance and relaxs the mind and body.

Please note the following:

  • Avoid eating for at least an hour before class
  • Wear loose, comfortable clothing – shorts, cropped pants or trackpants and t-shirt
  • Bring water

Please make the instructor aware if you have any of the following:

  • Physical conditions or injuries
  • Heart conditions
  • Other health conditions
